Speakers:

Viji Rajaramanan is the Founding Partner of Fuchsia Services. She is an executive with a mission to enable enterprises to adapt to emerging trends, technologies, and market factors and effectively implement their corporate strategy. With a graduate degree in supply chain management from the prestigious Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a decade of management consulting experience at various Fortune 100 corporations, Rajaramanan has a unique blend of education and experience in delivering strategic initiatives in analytics, technology, methodology, data, and change management. She has specialized industry expertise in manufacturing, supply chain and operations, supply chain finance, advanced analytics, and blockchain. She was the CEO of CIEVUS, a startup focused on helping organizations achieve clarity on emerging trends and technologies to support Strategy and Supply Chain Operations by providing training and consulting services CIEVUS offers training and consulting services in Advanced Analytics and Blockchain implementations. CIEVUS offers proofs-of-concept builds by analyzing current state requirements to technology capability, based on the organizational objectives and ESG goals.

John Willis is an experienced IT management professional with over 40 years of experience. He is currently conducting research on DevOps, DevSecOps, IT risk, modern governance, and audit compliance, as well as Generative AI. In the past, he has held various positions such as Senior Director at RedHat, VP at Docker Inc., Founder of Socketplane (which was later sold to Docker) and Enstratius (which was later sold to Dell), and VP at Opscode. He also founded Gulf Breeze Software, an award-winning IBM business partner specializing in Tivoli technology deployment.

John Willis is also an accomplished author, having written six IBM Redbooks on enterprise systems management and four books for IT Revolution, including the DevOps Handbook and Deming’s Journey to Profound Knowledge. He is working on his latest book, The Operational History of Generative AI.

Carlos is formerly the Executive Director, Cybersecurity and Risk covering the areas of Automation, Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud, and SecDevops.

Prior to JPMChase, Carlos was with Bank of America for 3 years where he worked defining the Strategy for Automation and Digital Transformation of the Infrastructure, and later led the Automation of all of Network Services, and transformation of the organization end-to-end delivery and operational model.

Before BoA, Carlos worked for Fidelity Investments for over 15 years in multiple areas including Operations, Engineering, and Architecture. In addition to being the Architect for the External infrastructure (Internet and Extranet), he led the emerging technologies, (NSV/NFV) Network Service/Function Virtualization, and (SDN) Software Define Networking Programs; he was also the Network Architect for the Private and Public cloud projects from its inception, overseeing the entire design, automation of network Services, and creation of Network self-service offerings, Next generation data center, next generation firewall, NG monitoring projects among many others.

Before joining Fidelity, Carlos worked for The Venezuelan Revenue Service, and Verizon Wireless as Chief Internal Auditor among other positions.

He has a bachelor degree in Business, and Management of Information Systems from the University JMV, Venezuela, and an MS in telecommunications and Data Networks from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Seasoned IT leader and executive with a proven track record of building high preforming teams. Currently the Managing Director of Cloud Engineering and leader of the Cloud Center of Enablement at Evernorth, A Cigna Group Company. Responsible for Evernorth’s Cloud COE, which includes Cloud Platform Engineering, Cloud Networking, Cloud Platform Assurance, Cloud Governance, Cloud Education/Communications, Cloud FinOps, and Cloud Consulting across all Cloud Service Providers. Member of the AI Center of Enablement Operating Committee.
