Evolving Network Operations Through the Power of ML
eBay Network Operations has deployed a ML-based Network Monitoring tool across its entire Data Center and WAN infrastructure. This has reduced noise and number of tickets hitting the operations queue reducing mean-time-to-detection and mitigation. In particular the number of tickets have reduced with the deployment of ML-based topology aware auto-correlation capability and ticket deduplication using ticket status in addition to device identity to limit duplicate tickets.
