NOW OPEN: Seeking presentations for ONUG Spring and Fall! We invite you to submit your presentation on your company’s digital transformation success. There are no limits on the type of digital projects you submit. Projects can span across customer engagement, infrastructure, IT and organizational transformation.

The ONUG Board will review and approve those to be presented at ONUG Spring in Dallas, May 6-7, supported  by our corporate sponsors Cigna, United Technologies and FedEx. ONUG Fall takes place October 13-14, in New York City.

The following are suggested areas of focus that your ONUG community peers will find of high interest:

1- Cloud Connectivity

Use of SD-WAN – Managed service providers – colocation vendors -5G – service providers – cloud providers for cloud connectivity.

2- Application Observability

Monitoring and analysis at the intersection of network infrastructure and applications within a hybrid/multi-cloud environment. AIOps topics are of high interest.  

3 – Cybersecurity and Data Protection 

Assuring an applications security policy is enforced across a hybrid/multi-cloud environment.    

4- Automation /Orchestration

The ability to automate the orchestration of infrastructure within a hybrid/multi-cloud environment.    

5- Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

Experience with packaged stacks to enable hybrid clouds deployments including cloud provider options such as Amazon’s Outpost, Google’s Anthos, IBM’s Private Cloud Stack, Microsoft’s Azure stack and open options such as OCP.

6- Cloud Native DevOps

Your journey adopting DevOps into your IT organizations and associated  tools and techniques to manage infrastructure, especially hybrid/multi-cloud environments, as code.   

7- Your approach to Cloud Governance.
