Charlene O’Hanlon is an award-winning journalist and content professional serving the technology sector for more than 20 years as director, executive editor and managing editor for numerous technology-focused sites. As VP and Managing Editor at Activate Marketing Services, she leads a team of writers and editors who create client-focused content for marketing programs in the B2B tech sector. In her former position as Chief Operating Officer at Techstrong Group, Charlene led the direction and management of Techstrong Learning and Techstrong Live! webinars and events divisions. Charlene also served as co-host and anchor of the Techstrong TV streaming broadcast.

industries, from medium-sized businesses to global networks and data centers. He is also a
respected author of numerous books, papers, and standard specifications on network design,
architectures and protocols.

Sukruth Srikantha is a passionate technologist with a strong networking background and specialized expertise in routing. As Vice President of Solutions Architecture at Alkira, he leads Sales Engineering initiatives. Prior to Alkira, Sukruth was a key member of Viptela, a pioneering SD-WAN company acquired by Cisco in 2017, and spent over a decade at Cisco. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Arlington.

Amitabh Kotwal is a seasoned executive with a strong background in telecommunications and the IT industry. He has held senior leadership roles and has contributed to business growth, incubated teams, and partner ecosystem management across multiple regions.
Amitabh Kotwal serves as Vice President of the Customer Success Group at Tata Communications, leading Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances across the Americas. He oversees the region’s revenue performance and builds strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Amitabh leads a results-driven Solutions Engineering organization that translates complex customer requirements and market opportunities into scalable, differentiated solutions that accelerate growth. He also directs the company’s strategy and engagement with key systems integrators and technology platform partners across the region. By developing joint strategic initiatives and integrated solutions, he enables partners to better serve customers, expand market share, unlock non-linear growth, and strengthen long-term profitability.
