What happens when AI becomes the insider? As AI agents gain access to sensitive data, systems, and tools, they can act, communicate, and make decisions at unprecedented speed. Traditional insider risk models were built around human behavior, but AI introduces new challenges around identity, intent, attribution, and control. This session explores AI as an emerging insider, from compromised and malicious agents to well-intentioned AI that takes unintended actions, and examines why organizations must evolve insider risk strategies for a world where the insider may no longer be human.
