The Change Succeeded. Did the Network? Building Confidence in Change Outcomes – REAP Triple-T

Fall 2026

A successfully implemented change can still produce the wrong network outcome. Using one REAP example, this session shows how AI interprets a change ticket and proposes a validation plan for engineer review, covering the intended outcome, devices in scope, and conditions that must remain unchanged. Read-only checks capture configuration and operational state before and after implementation, giving objective evidence of whether the change worked and what remains unverified. Attendees leave with a practical validation checklist they can adapt to their own change processes.
