Six Queries, One Agent, No Identity: Making Agentic Traffic Legible – BlueCat Triple-T
A customer’s employees can’t reach the finance application, and an AI agent picks up the ticket. The agent picks its own path. It looks up who the user is, what address they are on, whether the application is answering, whether there is a path between the two, what changed in the estate yesterday, and who else is complaining. Nobody scripted any of those six operations in advance. Then it calls a model somewhere to tie them together and settles on an answer. Every one of those six leaves a network data/telemetry footprint. How can organizations tie these together – recording that they belong to the same piece work to accelerate the resolution of problems and improve the efficiency of AI agents.
