Conrad Menezes brings over 20 years of global IT & Information Security experience to HPE
Aruba where he is Vice President, CTO FSI & Retail. In his role, Conrad serves as strategic
technology advisor to the C-suite at global enterprise customers, helping with their digital
transformation initiatives, and influencing strategy and innovation across the HPE Aruba
solution portfolio. Conrad was previously Senior Vice President, Architecture & Engineering
Executive at Bank of America. He led global access networks & cybersecurity, and successfully
engineered a business strategic network transformation across US wide banking centers,
driving significant operational cost savings, digital efficiencies, and business edge. Prior to that,
Conrad was Vice President, Network & Information Security at Sears Holdings, where he led
company-wide telecom, network & information security infrastructure. Conrad has held a
number of technology leadership positions over the years; in his last position at American Express he was Vice President, Technologies Integrator where he led global network strategy,
architecture, standards, and engineering for voice, data, and information security across all
bank, card and travel business units. In between full time roles, Conrad has consulted to the
Fortune 1000 in strategic transformations across data centers, campus, remote sites, wide area
networks, hybrid cloud, and cyber security initiatives.<br></br>

Conrad has authored &amp; co-authored several engineering and research publications. He has
served on advisory boards at several market leading technology vendors &amp; startups and has
presented at industry leading CIO &amp; CISO conferences. He was actively involved with the SD-
WAN startup industry since 2010, was an advisory board member to ONUG and co-chaired the
Open SD-WAN Exchange working group from 2014-2018. In spring 2019, he received an
industry award recognition from the Open Networking User Group and HPE Aruba for his
outstanding contributions. Conrad holds an M.S.E.E. degree from The University of Toledo and
a B.E. degree in Electronics &amp; Telecommunications from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College.
