At WWT Neil is an VP in our Global Solutions and Architecture team, with responsibility for over $15B in WWT’s solutions portfolio across AI, Cloud, Networking, Security, Data Center, and Automation. Neil advises many large organizations on their global architecture and IT strategy across Global Enterprise, Global Service Provider, and Public Sector.
Xiaobo leads a team to deliver leading edge technology solutions in support of Citi IT strategy. She drives critical solutions to secure Citi’s hybrid cloud environments to enable Citi to reduce risks and stay compliant while allowing Citi’s businesses to benefit from the opportunities that cloud services provide. Xiaobo started her career as a Network Engineer at Goldman Sachs in 2009 after she got her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has been selected for “Rising Star Award” to represent Citi at the Women’s Bond Club in the financial industry in 2017. She is also on Palo Alto Network Vendor’s Cloud Customer Advisory Board.
Guruprasad Ramamoorthy is the, Global Head of Network Architecture, Engineering & Operations and Site Lead for S&P Global India. He has been with the company since 2017 and is a hands-on technology executive with a unique blend of Product Development, Digital Infrastructure, End User Computing and Cybersecurity experience. Mr. Guruprasad is responsible for plan-build-run functions of our global network that spans across 80+ global offices, 20+ Data Centers and 4+ multi-cloud environments. He also leads various enterprise wide initiatives to rapidly transform our infrastructure to software-defined, re-imagine the edge and strengthen the cybersecurity.
In the last two years, Mr. Guruprasad was responsible for building S&P Global’s Technology center of excellence in India from ground-up while attracting the best talent in the region. The site in India (Hyderabad) accommodates more than 1000+ associates and is purpose-built to facilitate innovation by providing employees with access to latest technologies and infrastructure, as well as physical spaces that enable highly collaborative teams.

Mr. Guruprasad has about 18 years of experience. He was previously associated with companies such as Visa, BNY Mellon and Sify Technologies. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and holds a Bachelor’s in Technology from Anna University.
Parantap Lahiri is the VP of Network and Datacenter Engineering at eBay, based in San Jose, California. With over two decades of experience in network architecture and engineering, he has held leadership positions at major tech companies including eBay, Visa, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft. Lahiri is recognized for his expertise in data center networks, cloud architecture, and AI infrastructure, including GPU-based systems for AI workloads. He has co-authored award-winning research, holds multiple patents in the field, and is actively involved in developing infrastructure for AI-enabled environments. Lahiri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jadavpur University and has completed executive education at Wharton.
