Andy Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, advice and marketing services to emerging companies. Mr. Brown is also a member of the boards of directors of Guidewire inc. a public traded company in the PNC insurance business, Zscaler, Inc., a publicly traded company providing cloud security services, Pure Storage, Inc., a publicly traded software-defined data storage solutions company, Digital Asset, a company providing solutions in the DeFi and Digital Ledger workflow world, Moogsoft, a next generation AI-Operations company, Skyhive, a company providing Digital Reskilling & Education.
He is also CEO and co-owner of Biz Tectonics LLC, a privately held consulting company. From September 2010 to October 2013, Mr. Brown served as Group Chief Technology Officer of UBS, an investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served in a variety of executive management and leadership roles at a variety of leading banking companies including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Mr. Brown holds a BSc Honors Degree in Chemical Physics from University College London.

At MSKCC, Tsvi leads technology services as well as the High performance Computing technology enabling AI, genomic sequencing as well as major transformation using EPIC, divisional Agile & DevOps transformation and the changes to the ways of work in technology, workforce strategy, and front-to-back initiative.
Prior to MSKCC, Tsvi served as CTO of Morgan Stanley’s shared services (infrastructure & data), Tsvi had been responsible for transforming the bank into a modern, efficient and effective organization. He completed a hundreds of million net cost reduction initiative while productivity and satisfaction improved.
Working collaboratively with the leaders of business technology, Tsvi led the creation and implementation of Morgan Stanley’s multi-year strategy and target state architecture along with the standards, guidelines, blueprints and use patterns that made it actionable to the engineering and development communities, broke the silo mentality and aggressively reduced technology debt.
Tsvi’s work helped position the bank as a leader in algorithmic trading/ ultra-low latency, migration to public cloud and containers, AI & machine learning, cyber security, mainframe optimization, data center consolidation, modern client experience, global network and near-fault tolerant operations.
Tsvi also oversaw the governance and regulatory compliance work with internal and external auditors and examiners.
Tsvi is the winner of the Einstein Award for technology excellence and known as a provider of strategic thought leadership and excellence in execution and transformation.
His experience ranges from traditional (server, storage, networks, operations, mainframes) to modern (public and private cloud, containers, cyber security) infrastructure as well as application development and Agile/DevOps transformation, with the focus on creating business value.

Kevin is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cisco Networking – Data Center and Provider Connectivity organization. In this role, he leads a portfolio that transforms how our customers build and manage their network architectures. He has worked with the world’s largest Service Provider, Enterprise, and Web Companies for the last three decades and has been with Cisco since 1997.
As the leader for Cisco’s Data Center and Provider Connectivity portfolio, Kevin is focused on how the industry and technologies are transforming and continuously evolving Cisco’s products and solutions to help customers address their business challenges in the world’s largest data centers, provider infrastructure, and cloud.
During his 25 years at Cisco, Kevin has driven several industry-leading transitions across a breadth of Cisco products and technologies. His work has included positions in product management, technical marketing, and software engineering, but he has always focused on the needs of the world’s largest Service Providers. Kevin has led the delivery of many flagship products, such as the GSR, CRS, ASR, and NCS families, and our latest offering with the Cisco 8000 – Cisco’s fastest-growing service provider product portfolio in history!
In addition, Kevin’s goal is to continuously deliver innovation and efficiency across the Data Center and Provider Connectivity portfolio. For example, the recent merger of the Data Center and Routing teams brought together the technologies needed to build the world’s most advanced data centers, provider networks, and cloud, as well as the tools to automate and manage them to modernize and simplify the delivery of network infrastructure.
Throughout it all, Kevin has held a customer-first mindset. He works closely with customers to help them build world-class networks that deliver revenue growth opportunities and operational efficiency while mitigating risk across hardware, software, and systems.
Kevin has his Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and has held a Routing and Switching CCIE. When he isn’t working or traveling, he enjoys cooking, mountain biking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
