Natale Ruello is VP of Product Management at Forward Networks, where he focuses on
building an enterprise software platform that is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and
federal agencies and is deployed at scale in the most challenging and complex network
environments. Prior to joining Forward Networks, Natale was a Sr. Manager, Product Line
Manager at Cisco Systems for the Nexus 7000 and 7700 Series of modular switches, a
family of products that generated more than $1B a year in revenue. Natale holds a Master’s
Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Politecnico di Torino.
Qrypt CTO and co-founder, Denis Mandich, focuses on quantum security, R&D, post quantum encryption (PQC) algorithms and standards bodies. He holds several patents in cryptography, cyber technologies and information processing. Denis a founding member of the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C), a founding member of the NSF-funded Mid-Atlantic Quantum Alliance (MQA), founding member of the Center for Quantum Technologies (CQT), advisor to the Quantum Startup Foundry and Board member of quantum chip manufacturer Quside.
Prior to joining Qrypt, Denis served 20 years in the US Intel Community working on national security projects, cyber infrastructure, and advanced technology development. He has degrees in Physics from Rutgers University and speaks native level Croatian and Russian.
Raj Purkayastha is a seasoned technology and telecom leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning pre sales, business development, marketing, and delivery across enterprise and international telecom markets in both mature and emerging regions. As Vice President at Tata Communications, he leads the Pre Sales (Sales Engineering) organization for the Americas, partnering with large enterprises to shape their innovation and growth strategies. In this role, Raj works closely with CIOs and technology leaders to co create solutions that modernize digital infrastructure, simplify complexity, and accelerate what comes next for their businesses.
Throughout his tenure at Tata Communications, Raj has held multiple leadership roles across regions and business lines including Global Carrier Solutions and Enterprise Solutions, consistently delivering revenue growth, profitability, and top tier employee engagement results. He previously led India Pre Sales and served as the Global Head of Product Marketing where he helped translate complex technologies into compelling stories and customer facing narratives that drove product adoption and strengthened the company’s market presence.
Raj is deeply passionate about innovation and has expertise across technologies such as drone navigation, robotic process automation, and Internet systems. He is a patent holder with additional patents pending, and his research has been published across several emerging technology domains. At Tata Communications, he spearheaded the development of the company’s Work from Home solution stack during the COVID 19 pandemic, using internal IP to rapidly support customers’ evolving digital workspace needs. He has also led key digital transformation initiatives in retail, manufacturing, and other industries, helping enterprises adopt agile, resilient, and future ready architectures. Raj’s global impact includes leading a major country wide telecom transformation program for a government in Southern Africa that significantly expanded national network reach, improved affordability, and strengthened digital capability. His customer engagement philosophy focuses on delivering strategic points of view and thought leadership that help organizations rethink what is possible and reinforce Tata Communications’ leadership in critical markets.

Michael Francisco (Co-Founder and CTO of Quantea): Michael currently serves as Quantea’s Chief Technology Officer. He has previously worked in data centers and networking in companies such as Facebook, Yelp and founded several companies relating to cloud computing and social media. He has more than two decades of experience in hands-on programming whether it is C, assembly
language or higher level languages such as python and Java. He has earned his degree in both computer science and electrical engineering and has earned his CISSP and CCNA certificates.
