Tom is a Principal Solution Architect at World Wide Technology (WWT) focusing on Observability and AIOps.  Prior to WWT Tom worked in planning, pre-sales, and delivery roles for International Network Services (INS), CTC Communications and One Communications (Now Windstream), Nynex and BT.
