Rob Enns is the Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Networking at Google Cloud,
where he leads the engineering and product management organizations worldwide. In his
current role, Rob is responsible for building planet-scale networking products and solutions that
empower customers to transform their business. With more than 20 years of experience, Rob is
devoted to helping enterprises and service providers modernize their infrastructure and achieve
their business goals.
Rob has a proven track record of building successful global organizations and delivering
innovative networking and security technologies. Prior to joining Google Cloud, Rob was VP of
Engineering at Bracket Computing, VMware, Nicira, and Juniper Networks where his team
delivered some of the most innovative Internet routing and security technologies that are still
deployed today.
Rob has numerous recognitions for his engineering excellence, including multiple patents in
Networking. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of
Alberta and a Master’s degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
