Neha currently serves as the CIO NetEng global backbone leader at IBM. With a passion for innovation, Neha is at the forefront of transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and revolutionizing backbone technologies worldwide. In this role, Neha oversees one of the largest backbone networks globally, including data centers, Points of Presence (PoPs), transport infrastructure, remote access, and Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture.

Prior to her tenure at IBM, Neha led the Network Cloud Services organization at Intuit. In this capacity, she spearheaded the delivery of cutting-edge Cloud Network Patterns, private transport networks, network automation, network certificate management, DNS, IPAM, CDN, and encryption/decryption services across Intuit’s extensive portfolio of production applications serving over 100M customers worldwide. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Neha is known as a proven leader with the ability to lead organizations through complex transformations.
