Krzysztof Wróbel is a technology executive with nearly two decades of experience
spanning networking and infrastructure software, embedded and multimedia systems,
and enterprise platform engineering.

As Chief Technology Officer at CodiLime, he is responsible for the company’s
technical direction across network software engineering, infrastructure
automation and cloud-native platform delivery, working with hardware vendors,
cloud providers and enterprises modernising their network and infrastructure
estates. His current focus is the intersection of network operations and
AI-assisted engineering: how autonomous and semi-autonomous systems can be
introduced into production environments with the observability, guardrails and
verification that operational infrastructure demands.

He previously served as Director of Engineering at CodiLime, where he built and
led the delivery organisation supporting the company’s networking and
infrastructure practice, with responsibility for engineering standards,
architectural direction, technical leadership development and commercial
outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise programmes.

Earlier in his career he spent eleven years at Samsung Electronics, advancing
from software engineer to principal engineer and technical team leader across
embedded, multimedia and digital broadcast systems, including an assignment at
the company’s headquarters in South Korea. That period shaped a career-long
interest in systems that have to behave predictably in the field rather than only
in development.

He speaks and writes on engineering leadership and the practical adoption of AI
in software delivery, specialising in the convergence of software-defined network
infrastructure, platform engineering, and the verification and governance
frameworks required to operate AI-assisted delivery in production.
