Willis, author of Runtime Governance Engineering: Foundations and Architecture—From Governance Intent to Controlled Execution. His work spans cybersecurity architecture, AI governance, autonomous systems, enterprise architecture, advanced computing, systems engineering, and sustainability.

His current research and architecture work includes Runtime Governance Engineering, Runtime Governance Architecture, AGCP, PBSAI, hybrid quantum-classical systems, lifecycle interpretability, and related approaches to securing and governing increasingly autonomous technology.
