David Reilly served for 10 years as an executive of Bank of America Corporation (Bank of America) where he held several leadership positions within the technology area, most recently serving as Chief Information Officer, Global Banking & Markets. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Reilly spent 28 years serving in various technology and network security roles with several large financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc., and HSBC Group. He currently serves as a director for privately held Data Dynamics, Inc. and is a member of the board of NPower, a nonprofit organization. Mr. Reilly began his career upon completing his A-Level schooling in the United Kingdom.
