Dariusz is a seasoned technology and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, leading global network engineering, architecture, operations, service assurance, and technology transformation. His experience also includes leading airline operations, giving him a unique perspective on managing complex, highly interconnected environments where reliability, responsiveness, and teamwork are critical. He currently serves as a VP of Service Assurance, focused on strengthening network reliability, operational resilience, service management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Throughout his career, Dariusz has built a reputation for bringing people, processes, and technology together to solve complex operational challenges. His experience spans network engineering and architecture, network operations, ITSM/ITIL, automation, change management, service assurance, risk management, and large-scale infrastructure transformation. He is particularly passionate about using automation and emerging technologies to simplify operations, reduce risk, empower teams, and turn strategic goals into measurable results.
