Arindam Guha is a global technology leader and revenue executive with over two decades of deep specialization in networking architecture, software-defined infrastructure, and cloud platform transformation. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at CodiLime, Arindam leads go-to-market and strategic growth initiatives for complex engineering services, empowering global enterprises and hyperscalers to architect, build, and optimize next-generation cloud-native environments, advanced network telemetry, and AI infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Arindam has been at the forefront of major architectural shifts in the
enterprise technology landscape. His extensive domain leadership includes key executive roles across industry giants such as Juniper Networks, IBM, and Oracle, where he influenced multi-billion dollar business units focused on high-performance compute, networking, distributed SDN fabrics, and hybrid multi-cloud orchestration platforms. His deep technical and commercial acumen bridges complex engineering innovation—ranging from silicon-to-cloud integration to high-throughput compute performance—with scalable corporate strategy.

Arindam holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
