I’m an Executive Director in JPMorgan Chase Global Technology, based in the Office of the CTO, where I build high-trust forums and operating model capability that help leaders execute our AI-first strategy at scale. My work sits where transformation efforts succeed or fail: alignment, clarity, and the human dynamics that convert intent into results. I drive our Inform and Enable efforts to operationalize our AI-first strategy.

I founded Momentum, a globally broadcast monthly fireside chat series maintaining an AI-first operating model theme that reaches 65,000+ GT employees, with attendance exceeding 1,300+ per session. From the vetting of topics and guests to the writing of scripts tactical playbooks aligned to Global Technology strategy, I stay engaged throughout to ensure our engagements drive us towards our target state. Guests have included Nigel Thurlow, Dave Snowden, Jon Kern, and Mik Kersten among many others. Momentum also serves as the marketing engine for our internal consultancy, driving measurable improvements in dollars saved, time saved, customer/client satisfaction, and executive influence across individuals and entire Lines of Business.

My forward-looking view: as AI and agentic tools mature, roles will merge and single-leader leverage will increase materially.
