Andy Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, advice and marketing services to emerging companies. Mr. Brown is also a member of the boards of directors of Guidewire inc. a public traded company in the PNC insurance business, Zscaler, Inc., a publicly traded company providing cloud security services, Pure Storage, Inc., a publicly traded software-defined data storage solutions company, Digital Asset, a company providing solutions in the DeFi and Digital Ledger workflow world, Moogsoft, a next generation AI-Operations company, Skyhive, a company providing Digital Reskilling & Education.
He is also CEO and co-owner of Biz Tectonics LLC, a privately held consulting company. From September 2010 to October 2013, Mr. Brown served as Group Chief Technology Officer of UBS, an investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served in a variety of executive management and leadership roles at a variety of leading banking companies including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Mr. Brown holds a BSc Honors Degree in Chemical Physics from University College London.
Vincent is the Managing Director of Technology Infrastructure at Bank of America. Prior to BofA, he was the Head of Global Network Services and Distributed Database Services at ADP. ADP is one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing and human capital management (HCM) services for over 600,000 organizations in 125 countries. Vincent is responsible for all technologies and services associated with Data Networks, Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and Databases. He is focused on enabling ADP’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model by driving innovation and a service focused mindset across the IT organization.
Over 20 years of engineering and technology integration experience, with an extensive background in networking and market data technologies. Vincent held leadership roles for various technology organizations. Most recently as global Head of Market Data Services for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was named Inside Market Data’s Executive of the year in 2009. He was responsible for engineering, support and vendor management of the firm’s low latency Market Data distribution platforms.
Previously, Vincent was head of Global Network Engineering at Merrill Lynch responsible for all voice and data network technologies. Merrill Lynch’s world class enterprise network was architected, designed and implemented under his leadership and direction.
Graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
