This session goes beyond theory, offering a candid, real-world perspective on identifying, prioritizing and addressing tech debt at scale through real customer experience and actionable frameworks. This session will show how AI can accelerate assessments, enhance decision-making, and embed continuous modernization into your IT strategy.

You’ll gain practical insights into:

  • Measuring and quantifying debt across complex environments using an AI-powered assessment framework
  • Presenting an industry standards-based Tech Debt score using a universal scorecard
  • Enabling data-driven decisions about IT investments and modernization priorities.
