When users complain about slow SaaS applications, unavailable services, or glitchy video calls, IT teams often scramble in silos. NetOps looks at flow data, DDI teams check DNS anomalies, and SecOps monitors firewalls. But when the underlying issue is DNS, it’s among the hardest — and most time-consuming — problems to find.
That’s why “It must be DNS” has become more than a meme: it’s a reflection of wasted troubleshooting cycles and frustrated users. The good news is that Intelligent NetOps can change the game. By combining network observability & intelligence with core network services DNS, DHCP, and IP address management, teams gain shared visibility across silos to detect, isolate, and resolve DNS-driven issues faster — before they impact the business.
In this session with BlueCat Chief Product & Technology Officer, Scott Fulton, you’ll learn how Intelligent NetOps:
-Understand why DNS failures are so difficult to uncover and resolve.
-See how shared visibility across NetOps and DDI breaks down silos.
-Learn how Intelligent NetOps equips teams to find and fix issues before users are even aware.
