Verizon Enterprise Solutions – Vice President, Managed Services

Scot Allen brings nearly two decades of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Verizon Enterprise Solutions’ Managed Service & IoT portfolios. In this role, he is responsible for determining the platform innovation direction & go to market strategies along with ensuring delivery of the optimal customer experience for Verizon’s global clients.

Scot has also led global consulting engagements developing customized solutions to help Verizon’s Fortune 1000 clients gain a competitive operational and go-to-market advantage.

Scot frequently speaks at event like Enterprise Connect, Avasant IoT and the National Association of Manufacturers innovation seminar. He is also very active on social media leading discussions on innovation and CX.

Based in Princeton NJ, Scot has been with Verizon for 16 years. Everyday Scot has a unique opportunity to interview clients and understand their challenges. Applying a diversity of perspectives and strategies to solve business problems is what he enjoys most about his role.

Scot graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor degree in Science and Psychology. Additionally, he holds several technology, process improvement and industry certifications. Scot’s MBA is from University of Maryland University College.

Scot is married and has two young sons. He enjoys golf, running, Bikram, mountain biking and international travel. He has completed the Army 10 Miler, Marine Corp Marathon and Baltimore Half Marathon several times.
