Oğuz Sunay is the Vice President R&D, Mobility at the Open Networking Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Argela-USA where he led the research and development for a programmable RAN architecture that enables dynamically programmable RAN slicing.
Oğuz received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and his B.Sc. degree from ODTÜ, Ankara, Turkey. He holds over 40 patents in various aspects of wireless communication systems.
